Montanello is located in the country side, 5 minutes drive from the city-walls of Macerata, a beautiful medieval city famous for its ancient University (1290 AD) and Summer Open-air Opera Festival

    Treia: medieval city stunningly preserved well known for the "gioco delle bracciale" most popular Italian sport when football mania had not yet landed
