Each year in October and November we hand pick the olives and cold press them the same day in our crusher on the farm to preserve the taste and natural flavours and properties.
The result is a genuine extra virgin olive oil of superior quality.
Our farming follows strict bio-organic protocols and production is limited to the 2000 trees on the farm.
We appreciate early bookings and strive to meet your requests and deliver promptly.

Our farm is a tiny piece of heaven. Every day here feels like a true blessing: ancient trees keep growing and olives ripen in calm and silence.
